Restoration Projects

Working on over 40 properties located in Naples Beach, Fort Meyers Beach, Bonita Beach, and Sanibel Island after Hurricane Ian damaged their buildings. Our work consists of inspecting existing equipment compromised by waters, providing solutions for temporary power, and re-designing electrical distribution that was damaged:

Inspecting electrical distribution in buildings whether it was damaged by water and providing feedback on the condition of equipment on what can be refurbished vs replaced.
Providing affidavit and inspection reports to inspectors and utility company to get power restored to units and or buildings that were not compromised or partially compromised.
Providing temporary power solutions to inspectors and utility company to get temporary power for buildings that had compromised electrical gear.
Provide condition reports and narratives of the existing electrical equipment to owners.
As-building existing electrical distribution and provide one lines, electrical room plans, and panel schedules for permit and for getting new electrical gear ordered.

The challanges we face is electrical equipment shortages and keeping these buildings conditioned. We have been successfull in working with city and utility to provide temporary power solutions and get most of these buildings conditioned.

Bonita Beach Club

Bonita Beach Club located in Bonita Beach has five condominium buildings that had its main electrical gear damaged by Hurricane Ian floods. We proposed solutions acceptable to local inspector and got power temporarily restored until new electrical gear arrives. After, we as built existing conditions and are working on permit drawings for rebuilding the electrical distribution.

Conquina Beach

Located on Sanibel Island, has five condominium buildings that had its main electrical gear damaged by Hurricane Ian floods. We worked with electrical contractor and utility to get temporary power in place. After, we as built existing conditions and are working on permit drawings for rebuilding the electrical distribution.

Lighthouse Point Condominium

Located on Sanibel island, has four condominium buildings and club house that had its main electrical gear damaged by Hurricane Ian floods. We proposed solutions acceptable to local inspector and got power temporarily restored until new electrical gear arrives. After, we as built existing conditions and are working on permit drawings for rebuilding the electrical distribution.

Marina Manor

Located in Naples, has two condominium buildings that had its main electrical gear damaged by Hurricane Ian floods. We as built existing conditions and are working on permit drawings for rebuilding the electrical distribution.

Windward Point Condominiums

Located in Fort Myers Beach has five large condominium buildings that had its main electrical gear damaged by Hurricane Ian floods. We proposed solutions acceptable to local inspector and got power temporarily restored until new electrical gear arrives. After, we as built existing conditions and are working on permit drawings for rebuilding the electrical distribution.

Sundial Resort and Spa

Located on Sanibel Island has eleven condominium buildings that had its main electrical gear damaged by Hurricane Ian floods. After, we as built existing conditions and are working on permit drawings for rebuilding the electrical distribution.

Beachcomber

Located on Sanibel Island, property has multiple condominium buildings on site. Electrical gear was damaged by Hurricane Ian waters. Worked with utility and city to get power restored. Provided electrical equipment inspection report to city and condition narrative to owner. After, we as built existing conditions and are working on permit drawings for rebuilding the electrical distribution.
